Refund Policy
Kadapult generally does not offer refunds or exchanges on our items.
However:
- In the event the product received is faulty or not in accordance with the original order, a refund or exchange can be provided.
- If an item is ordered in the wrong size, we will honour and exchange for the correct size. Please note, in such circumstances, all return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged and left inside its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Only once the returned item has been received and inspected to our satisfaction, will the new item be shipped out.
